You may want to consider outdoor art to brighten up some exterior walls. Choose your materials wisely. It is good to remember that outdoor `rooms' can add 10% to the value of a home. We think of family vacations, outdoor activities, grilling, reading a good book, sunshine/shade, having fun, cool breezes, watermelons, strawberries, summer storms, hanging out with friends....well, you get the picture. `Summertime' is usually a pleasant place in your mind. One cool trend in the home furnishing industry is outdoor living spaces. In this area, many homes have covered outdoor spaces that you can enjoy for half the year or more.
